How long can the items be kept before expiring?
For best taste, do consume YJH food items within 2 months. Please note shelf-life estimations are only accurate if the food items are properly stored in an air-tight packaging, and kept away from the sun / heat.
Can I order and have it delivered on the same day?
No. All items are pre-ordered in advance and delivered on the date chosen at the checkout page. All orders are pre-orders, and are freshly prepared the day before delivery. We do not have in-stock availability. You must place your order a minimum of 3 days before your delivery date (subject to availability).
Is Self-collection available?
No. All orders will be delivered via our appointed 3rd party logistics.
I would like to organise a Groupbuy! Do I have special perks & GB Rates?
Definitely! Please send us a whatsapp message at 80662602 as different snack has a minimum order quantity. Do note that Groupbuys need an advance 10 days order (subject to date availability).
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fee is $6 islandwide. Orders above $100 will enjoy free delivery.
What are your delivery times/days?
We deliver twice a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays (9am-7pm). Unfortunately, we are unable to do deliveries on Sundays & Public Holidays.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Please whatsapp us at 80662602. Do include your Order Number so that we can check on your request! Please also note that rescheduling is subject to availability of slots. If your order has already been handed to our appointed 3rd party logistics for delivery, we regret to inform you that rescheduling will not be possible.
There is a discrepancy in my order!
Should there be any error in your order, please contact us at yijiahuan888@gmail.com and attached relevant photos of all items received and intact (Please do not temper with the packaging, this is to avoid disputes) and we will respond as soon as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I want to cancel my order.
Please note that no refunds will be made upon cancellation.
